                TERMS & CONDITIONS

The participant(s) acknowledge receiving and agreeing to these terms and
conditions as set forth below covering your vacation operated by
Panorama Travel, San Mateo, California.    

For the best possible fares, call us at (650) 343-3765 or visit us
personally at our agency located in downtown San Mateo at 31 North
"B" street. We're open Monday though Friday from 9:30am - 6:00pm,
and Saturdays from 10:00am - 2:00pm.
We negotiate for the best possible rate at all times for our clients to
ensure true quality service. All rates quoted are based on tariffs at time of
booking and are always subject to change. Rates are only truly
guaranteed at same time of booking or within 24 hours of reservation. All
travel times are based on the best information available at the time of
reservation and timetables available at confirmation. For packages, single
rates imply that 2 persons minimum are traveling: single supplement
applies. Packages require a non-refundable deposit of $150.00 per person
and is due within 7 days of booking. (For bookings between December
17th through January 9th and Easter week (Spring Break) the deposit is
required at time of booking.) Additional deposits may be necessary during
high season in most countries. Such deposits are non-refundable.
Payment of a deposit constitutes acceptance of all these terms and
conditions. In terms of paying by credit card, we accept Visa,
Mastercard, Diners Club, American Express and Discover.  If payment is
made by credit card, participant(s) waive any charge-back rights. We
include general costs, all commissions, and credit fees. Verbal
authorization binds clients to all terms and conditions which allows us to
process payment of reservation at quoted rate. Card holders acknowledge
receipt of services and agree to perform the obligations set forth in the
agreement with the card issuer. Once quotes are accepted, unless
available at a better rate, which we will always attempt to negotiate for,
no adjustments for rates paid can be made. Everything mentioned in your
specific itinerary, whether hotels/lodges indicated and/or tours are
included. The right is reserved to substitute hotels if desired by client at
their own personal and financial responsibility. Not included are United
States departure tax, custom fees, airport or port taxes, gratuities or tips
& any item not specifically included with your particular itinerary.
Tickets and vouchers are issued after final payment has been received by
our agency. In respects of cancellations or refunds: Your right to refund,
only if you change or cancel your reservation, after it is confirmed is
limited. For packages, all services are prepaid. No refunds possible on
services fully or even partially not used may be retained. Late bookings
(within 15 days) are accepted on strictly a space available basis: a late
booking of $50 is required & overnight express cost will be added. All
bookings requested within 30 days of departure MUST be guaranteed by
credit card. There is a $ 100 penalty fee for each change made after
accepted confirmation of booking. Within 30 days of travel, any changes
made in terms of dates will be treated as a cancellation causing penalties,
if any, to apply. Name changes for packages are not accepted after
ticketed confirmation. No exceptions. For air transportation, tickets are
strictly non-endorsable as well as non-refundable. We do not accept any
responsibility for losses or accidental expenses due to any changes or
delays in airline, cruise, car, train, or tour schedules. Now because of
such strict enforcement penalties by certain travel suppliers,
travel insurance is very strongly recommended.
In terms of documentation: All passengers must have a valid passport
when traveling (visa for is mandatory for certain countries.) Please check
with us for proper documentation. We, here at Panorama Travel, assume
no responsibility for changes in document requirements; nor for entry into
any destination for any passenger not having proper documentation will
receive no refund. Full cancellation penalties may apply without proper
documentation.
We, here at Panorama Travel, have made arrangements for the tour
services described in this testament of our rules and restrictions through
independent contractors which are not the agents or employees of
Panorama Travel or its affiliates. All travel vouchers and other travel  
documents issued by Panorama Travel are subject to the terms and
conditions of the supplier: to the laws of their countries and to
international conventions between countries. We reserve the right to
accept or reject any person as a tour participant for the convenience or
safety of the passenger, to make changes in the itinerary whenever
absolutely necessary for the convenience or safety of the participant and
to cancel a tour at any time. If a tour is cancelled, we here, at Panorama
Travel, shall have absolutely no liability beyond the refund by the
passenger which will be deemed to constitute full and final settlement. If
the services included cannot be supplied or there are changes in the
program, We here at Panorama Travel will use its best efforts to arrange
for comparable services wherever applicable. Any alternate-resulting
expenses not included in your tour will be strictly the responsibility of the
participant(s). The participant furthermore agrees that neither we, here at
Panorama Travel, nor its affiliates and employees shall be held liable
during your excursion for any personal property loss, damage, accidents
(including but not limited to personal injury, mental distress, loss of
employment, or even in the event of death), personal inconvenience or
expenses occasioned by any act of any supplier providing those specific
tour services requested. The tour participant expressively waives all rights
he or she may have against Panorama Travel in connection with the
foregoing. No person, other than a supervising agent of Panorama Travel
by a statement in writing, is authorized to change or waive any condition
mentioned in this declaration. Under absolutely no circumstances
whatsoever, is Panorama Travel represented as a carrier under contract
for safe carriage/transport of the passenger or/of  his/her luggage or
personal belongings. No carrier either shall claim responsibility except
pertaining to its own liability as a common carrier. By enrolling in &
paying for a tour, participant(s) agree & are bound by these terms &
conditions.
